[FS1]What does this mean? For instance, hosting a town hall webinar, sharing some education in newsletters, what to personalize, etc. Like TCJA, clients are overwhelmed with news stories and trying to parse what works or applies to them is time consuming.
 [BJ2]
[FS3]What does this mean? We will not have all the answers, and some info will change, so we want to provide links to resource centers and authoritative repositories like IRS Covid, TPC Resource Center, etc.
