 Aishling Connery Assistant Marketing Manager Tirlán Aishling Connery is Assistant Marketing Manager at Tirlán Ingredients. She joined Tirlán in 2023 as a Commercial Associate before moving into marketing, where she supports the promotion of Tirlán's dairy and oat ingredients portfolio. Aishling holds an MSc in Food Business & Innovation from University College Cork and works closely with commercial and technical teams to communicate the value of Tirlán's ingredient solutions to customers worldwide.  Diarmuid Doran Oat Mill Manager Tirlán Diarmuid Doran is Plant Manager at Tirlán's oat milling facility in Portlaoise. He holds a BAgrSc from UCD and joined Tirlán in 1999, working across a range of agribusiness roles, including crop agronomy. In 2013, after completing a Diploma in Food Science & Technology at UCC and a Certificate in Oat Milling at Bühler, Switzerland, he was appointed Food Oat Plant Manager. With over 25 years' experience, Diarmuid brings extensive expertise in oat sourcing, milling and ingredient production.  Joanne Somers Plant Category Manager Tirlán Joanne Somers is Category Manager for Plant at Tirlán Ingredients. Holding an MSc from University College Cork and an MBA from Massey University, New Zealand, Joanne brings more than 20 years of international experience in the ingredients industry, having worked across Ireland and New Zealand. In her current role, she is responsible for driving strategy, category growth and innovation across Tirlán's Plant portfolio, helping customers develop products that respond to changing consumer and industry trends.  Maria Kennedy R&D Manager Tirlán Maria Kennedy is an experienced R&D leader with more than 25 years' experience across the dairy, ingredients and consumer foods sectors. As R&D Manager for the Cheese and Plant portfolio at Tirlán, she leads innovation projects from concept through to commercialisation, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to develop high-performing, market-ready solutions. Maria holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Business and a Diploma in Financial Management.
