Eric Lewin COO of Electronic Trading, Compliance and Regulatory Reporting Bloomberg LP Eric is a driven senior manager who has a successful track record of bringing together diverse people and business units to bring ideas to fruition that have innovated our industry. He is an active ally and participant in Bloomberg Women's Community events, and a vocal advocate for supporting and elevating diverse talent, leadership, and thought in the workplace.
Geeta Sriskanthan Director Mizuho Bank Geeta has worked in the Financial Services sector for over 14 years, primarily in Consulting and Banking across a number of FTSE 100 companies. She has a strong interest in the Inclusion network (in addition to her normal day job as Head of System and Data Risk Management for Mizuho International).
Geeta feels strongly about Inclusion as it is a state of being valued, respected and supported. She feels that there are a number of systemic barriers to diversity and tackling unconscious biases that limit an individual’s ability to build an inclusive workplace and she is keen to continue to make a difference; to change thinking.
Geeta feels that it is important for everyone, not just individuals participating in the inclusion network to take personal responsibility to be more open minded. In her current capacity as Mizuho International's (London branch) Gender Network Co-Champion (Steering Committee) and Education Stream Lead for Mizuho Cultural Network she has been involved in large event organisation around taboo topics such as mental wellbeing, health topics (such as, menopause, prostate cancer, mental illness) and the race at work awareness campaign.
She is now trying to make some big differences in the organisation including helping to support women at work and those going transition who are going through the menopause.
Karen Arthur Content Creator, Stylist and Podcaster Karen is a woman with a powerful message to send. A former teacher, she’s a fashion creative, private sewing tutor, stylist, model, content creator and speaker who has been honing her craft for over 40 years.
She lifts the veil on the inevitable and fundamental changes that every woman will go through. She sheds light on coping with the realities of the transition for young women and reminds mature women to own their value and to buck convention, stereotypes and the world’s attempts at erasure. All this with wit and uncompromising truth. Karen is the Founder of Menopause Whilst Black.
