In addition to her entrepreneurial experience, Rosa has in-depth knowledge of the investment arena as a former private equity and venture investor at Warburg Pincus. She also has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and is a Fulbright Scholar and published author.

Marc Washington is the founder and CEO of Muniq. Inspired by the loss of his beloved little sister, Monica, Marc set out to create better nutrition solutions that she would have loved and could have given her greater control of her health. After graduating from Princeton and Harvard Business School, Marc ran large & successful health-focused companies where he learned about fine-tuning nutrition to achieve health goals. He is a founder, entrepreneur, and business strategist with over 20 years’ experience creating, formulating, launching, and building brands in the CPG industry. As the Vice President of Brand Creation at L.A. Libations, Adam leads the nonalcoholic brand development for the partnership with MolsonCoors. With a career foundation in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, and Venture Capital, Louras has helped to raise over $20M in funding and achieved cumulative sales of over $50M for his various ventures. Adam graduated summa cum laude with his MBA in Finance & Marketing at the Kellogg School of Management where he was a Rothschild Scholar and a recipient of the Four Pillar Award – the highest scholastic achievement at Northwestern University.

Danny Stepper is CEO and co-founder of L.A. Libations, an emerging brand incubator specializing in brand creation and incubation that owns nine companies grounded in health and wellness, in emerging categories including aloe vera, turmeric, probiotics, plant-based protein, keto shakes and better-for-you chelada. He is a brand creator, beverage entrepreneur and film producer with 20 years of creating value with blue-chip organizations including The Coca-Cola Co., Disney and Relativity Media. Danny started his career and spent 9 years in the Coca-Cola System where he played various roles in sales, marketing, and brand management. Danny made a name for himself at Coke by trailblazing relationships with the world’s largest retailers (specifically Costco, Wal-Mart & Target), creating dynamic teams, and building brands while bringing innovation, entrepreneurialism, and creativity to a 100+-year-old business. Stepper holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, a BA from Westmont College in Santa Barbara as well as international degrees from Collegio Magisterio (Spain) and Instituto De Lingua Espanol (Costa Rica). Danny is bi-lingual in English and Spanish. Stepper is currently on the Board of Advisors at Westmont College in Santa Barbara.
