Abstract:
The Department of Energy (DOE) will be raising efficiency minimums on HVAC products manufactured or installed after December 31st, 2022. This will impact what manufacturers can produce in the future and what distributors and dealers will be allowed to sell and/or install after that date. We invite you to join Chris Forth, Vice President of Regulatory, Codes & Environmental Affairs at Johnson Controls, as he walks through the specifics of these changes, how they can impact your business and how to protect yourself from holding stranded inventory at the turn of the year.
