Since joining Imbibe more than five years ago, Ilana Orlofsky has led the charge for numerous marketing initiatives that have helped clarify and amplify Imbibe’s voice and presence in the marketplace. Ms. Orlofsky embodies Imbibe’s value of building bespoke products as she delivers custom presentations laden with market and consumer insights for beverage brands of all sizes. In addition to traveling (pre and hopefully post Covid) all over North America to present to and inform innovation pipelines for Imbibe’s customers, she has presented on consumer behavior and demand and beverage trends at several conferences, including Flavorcon and the National Restaurant Association Annual Show. In her spare time, you may find her contributing Yelp reviews to maintain her elite status, practicing guitar, or researching her next travel destination. She has a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and has continued her education through various marketing-specific certificate programs at DePaul, Harvard Business School and Cornell University.

Kristiana Alexander is the Director of Knowledge and Insights for Dairy Management Inc. (DMI) In this role, Kristiana provides consumer insights and innovation support for select DMI strategic partners, both domestic and international. She also focuses on DMI’s Food & Beverage trends work, bringing continuous monitoring and a deep understanding of global trends, and leveraging this work to design consumer-focused new product innovation.
