Abstract:
Ethics need to be at the heart and soul of every business decision. Boards are responsible for setting the tone at the top and ensuring the integrity of the CEO and management.
Doing business in foreign markets is very challenging and fraught with risks. Business leaders and entrepreneurs must not only ensure that they have a solid business plan, but they also need to have a strong risk management plan that is supported by a robust anti-corruption compliance program.
Join CPA Canada International and returning speaker, Marc Tassé, FCPA, FCA, for an awareness session that will provide an overview of the business, reputational and legal risks of doing business in foreign markets and how best to mitigate those risks and secure support from private and public institutions.
This session is only free and valid for CPD hours for CPA Canada members residing outside of Canada.
