Dan Gardner is VP of Supply Chain for Lakeshore Learning Materials, an importer of educational products located in Carson, CA. Dan is also co-founder of Trade Facilitators, Inc., a Los Angeles based supply chain consulting firm. Prior to his current work, Mr. Gardner spent 23 years in the 3PL business where he held senior management positions that include President of Latin America for Exel Global Logistics and President of Ocean World Lines.
In addition to his professional experience, Dan has been an adjunct professor of supply chain management his entire career at institutions that include FIU, CSULB and Georgia Tech, and is the author of four books on global trade. During his career, Mr. Gardner has travelled to fifty countries, having lived in Colombia and Mexico for a total of five years.
A native of Lynn, Massachusetts, Mr. Gardner holds an MBA from the University of Miami and has been a licensed Customs Broker in the U.S. since 1989.

Ty Bordner, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, has over 22 years of experience in the Global Trade Management software market. At Amber Road, he is responsible for all marketing, business development, and partnership functions.
Prior to joining Amber Road, Ty spent 10 years with JPMorgan Chase Vastera in various leadership roles, including oversight for Engineering, Solutions Consulting and Product Management. During his tenure he helped manage the company through multiple growth stages from startup, through IPO, to achieving annual revenues in excess of $80 million. Prior to joining Vastera, Ty worked for GXS (formerly GE Information Services).
Ty holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Longwood University, and a master's degree in computer science from Johns Hopkins University.
