Maureen is a progressive executive with nearly three decades of experience as a human resources practitioner, consultant, advisor, and business leader. As a former Chief HR Officer and strategic partner to dozens of HR executives, Maureen is uniquely positioned to lead McLean & Company’s team of Executive Counselors and Advisors as they deliver the highest level of support and service to our members.
Prior to joining McLean & Company, Maureen served as Chief HR Officer for two notable healthcare organizations, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (Chief HR Officer) and Mindpath Health (Chief People Officer).S he has worked as an HR executive in for-profit, nonprofit, privately held, publicly traded, and private-equity-backed organizations. She is highly skilled in building the HR infrastructure and teams needed to enable growth and ensure a positive employee experience.
Maureen has served on the board of directors for several nonprofit organizations. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management from North Central College and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. She is also a professional and executive coach, receiving certifications from Duquesne University and The University of Georgia.
Laurence Evans CEO Reputation Leaders Laurence is CEO of Reputation Leaders and a global thought leader on how to positively build trust and reputation. Raj Singh CEO Accolade Rajeev Singh is the CEO and chair of the board of directors at Accolade (Nasdaq: ACCD). Singh joined Accolade as CEO in November of 2015. Under his leadership, Accolade became a publicly traded company in 2020 and integrated four companies in over $1 billion in acquisitions. In 2022, Accolade launched Personalized Healthcare, a new category of healthcare. Today Accolade serves more than 1,200 customers.
Prior to Accolade, Singh co-founded Concur (Nasdaq: CNQR), the global leader in travel and expense management. Concur went public in 1998, growing to more than $800 million in revenue, over 4,000 employees, and more than 25,000 customers before being acquired by SAP AG for $8.3 billion in 2014. Singh was president, chief operating officer, and a member of the board of directors.
Singh graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Western Michigan University and he’s based in Seattle.
