ON DEMAND UNTIL OCTOBER 12, 2023
Abstract:
As America begins to put the COVID-19 pandemic behind it and return to normal, what effects will this have on the security industry? Extended unemployment benefits, worries of a recession and inflation, surveillance technology advancements, and reductions in on-site staff have negatively influenced businesses’ security needs. At the same time, people are returning to shopping malls, movie theaters, offices, and classrooms. Stadiums and arenas are full of sports and music fans once again. So, what does all this mean for the future of the manned guarding industry? In this webinar, we review the results of a benchmark study that asked hundreds of security professionals about their past, present, and future outlook on the topic of manned guarding. Want to know what your peers are saying about their hourly pay and billing rates, and what firms are doing to attract and retain talent? Join us to find out! Learning Objectives:
- Learn the current state of the physical security industry as businesses fully re-open
- Review the changes to billing and pay ranges that impact the security industry and your ability to meet workforce demands
- See what technology’s role is playing in the future of manned guarding
