Abstract:
Postbiotics is one of the hottest topics in nutrition today, opening up a raft of new product development opportunities across the functional food and supplements space.
In this ‘Spotlight On’ broadcast, we’ll be focusing on how the industry can maximise the innovation potential and overcome the regulatory challenges when formulating with these ingredients.
We’ll also be detailing how postbiotics are defined and why this is important, as well as addressing the needs of policymakers who are new to such products.
In addition, we’ll be drilling down into the science and research behind postbiotics and analysing the most pertinent health indications, before looking in detail at the commercialisation opportunities, levels of consumer awareness and strategies for educating regulators of their safety and efficacy.
This is a must-attend event for anyone looking to develop a greater understanding of these high-potential, emerging ingredients.
