Improve Quality During Project Execution

START DATE:  8/19/2020

START TIME:  2:00 PM EDT

DuratioN:
60 minutes

Abstract:

As projects grow larger and more complex, the number of things that can potentially go wrong increase, as do the consequences and complexities in project execution. These projects include a wide range of stakeholders with specific expertise, such as clients, contractors and suppliers- all contributing information that requires reviews, approvals and clarifications. Ensuring that the right data is accessible to all parties involved in a project can aid in the quality, cost and overall project execution.

Hexagon PPM introduces Project Collaboration: a web-based, role/rules-driven, data-centric collaboration solution that can be accessed from any place by multiple parties while controlling the privacy of information and managing all project information.

During this webinar, attendees will learn:

  • How you can improve communication between stakeholders, lower project cost and reduce project time with the help of Project Collaboration
  • How increasing the efficiency of engineering work processes and having more accountability and visibility into project progress can improve the overall quality
  • Why accessibility for all stakeholders from anywhere at any time is key to a successful relationship between vendors

The content of this webinar is produced and directed by the event's sponsor.
