Operational Readiness Analyst


Catherine is a broadly skilled engineer and consultant with more than 3 years of experience in engineering and advisory services. In the Advisory Group, her work experience includes the facilitation of the development of operational readiness plans, as well as asset integrity management plans. As part of the Project Delivery Group (PDG) as a Structural Engineer-In-Training, Catherine focused on delivering projects from conceptual studies, feasibility studies to detailed engineering, as well as inspection of structures for various projects in the heavy industry.

Joffrey is part of the Operational Readiness Advisory Group at Hatch, for the North America region. He has work in remote regions across Canada, and is knowledgeable in operations management, commissioning, project management, and process control for projects in the metallurgical, mining, and Oil & Gas sectors, with a focus in primary aluminum. Recently, Joffrey has performed the development and the execution of a comprehensive operational readiness plan for the Voisey’s Bay Mine Expansion project in Labrador for Vale and for BHP’s Jansen project.
