Henry Roxas is Head of Trade Finance at R3, responsible for business development, partnerships and strategy for trade finance. Henry works with banks, corporates and technology partners to design and commercialize trade solutions on Corda, R3’s enterprise blockchain platform. With over 70+ emerging trade business networks on Corda, Henry has helped setup several leading global trade consortia, including Marco Polo and Voltron. Henry brings with him over eight years of transaction banking technology delivery within cash management and trade finance, working at a number of financial institutions including ANZ, Bank of America and Credit Suisse. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management from Singapore Management University.

Viboon Chaojirapant is the Director of Product Development at vCargo Cloud. Viboon has approximately 20 years of work experience in the trade facilitation, cross-border trade and logistics industries. He has led project teams in the design and successful implementation of trade single window and customs management systems around the world. In addition, he has been engaged by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), USAID and the Commonwealth Secretariat to provide consultancy services in trade facilitation and customs modernisation projects.

Sin Yong Loh

As the Director for Trade in IMDA, Sin Yong Loh is responsible for transforming a multitude of trade sectors (wholesale trade, trade finance, and logistics) using ICM technologies to enhance the sectors’ competitiveness in the global market. Sin Yong has more than 25 years of professional IT and extensive leadership experience in trade facilitation, logistics, and maritime domains, with international exposure to markets in China, South East Asia and South Asia. Before joining IMDA, Sin Yong spent more than 11 years in CrimsonLogic where he most recently served as Senior Director, Asia. In addition to leading the Strategic Account Management team to deepen customer intimacy and cultivating new opportunities, he was responsible for creating and driving business strategies in the region.

Kobsak Duangdee

Kobsak Duangdee – Speaker Bio Secretary General, Thai Bankers’ Association Kobsak Duangdee has been the Secretary General of the Thai Bankers’ Association (TBA) since January 1, 2015. He has a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy (Major in Banking and Finance) from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Major in Finance) from University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee, USA. He also completed executive training programs including those of Thai Institution of Directors Association (IOD). Kobsak has extensive experiences in finance and banking from both local and international financial institutions. He started his banking career with Siam Commercial Bank before joining Bank of Thailand (Thailand’s central bank). Then he spent more than 30 years with Scotiabank, one of the leading Canadian banks, leading the businesses in Thailand, Lao PDR, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
