Arthur Ollendorff, MD, serves as the ACGME Designated Institutional Official and Vice President of Academic Affairs for Carilion Clinic and is the Associate Dean of Graduate Medical Education and a professor of OB/GYN and Health Systems and Implementation Science at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. His interests include improving quality of healthcare by creating collaborative clinical and academic partnerships especially in medically underserved areas, learner assessment, health systems science, and perinatal substance use disorders. He is the perinatal co-chair of the Virginia Neonatal Perinatal Collaborative (VNPC) and highly engaged in a statewide project focused on eliminating bias in the care of maternal-newborn dyads with substance use disorder and exposure. Dr. Ollendorff received his MD degree and completed his OB/GYN residency at Northwestern University. He is board certified in OB/GYN and Addiction Medicine.
Joyce Hollander-Rodriguez, MD

Joyce Hollander-Rodriguez, MD, is the associate dean for graduate medical education and DIO at Oregon Health & Science University. Joyce is an associate professor of family medicine and served as the Residency Program Director for Cascades East Family Medicine Residency in Klamath Falls, OR, from 2011- 2023; she also served as Regional Associate Dean for the OHSU Campus for Rural Health for eight years. She is active in organizations and efforts to support community health and holds a certificate of added qualification in Hospice and Palliative Care. Dr. Hollander-Rodriguez is passionate about graduate medical education, workforce development, rural health education, health equity, and community-engaged approaches to health in Oregon and beyond.
