As Director of Content at Marlin Software, she fuses EHS expertise with a deep understanding of core trends in digital media to create tools for strategic safety communication in the workplace. Anna holds a 30-hour OSHA Certification and a graduate degree in Film Studies.

Trent Blake

Regional Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager

Johnson Controls, Inc.

Trent Blake has almost 20 years of regional and international experience providing training, program evaluation and development, auditing, safety and security management, and EHS compliance. He’s worked in many industries, including chemical industries, construction, manufacturing environments, foundries, military and government, law enforcement, medical, power production, coal and coke, aerospace, and various service environments. In addition to extensive certification training from OSHA Outreach Training Institutes, he is an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer, a high-angle and confined-space rescue trainer, and a firearm safety and operations trainer. Mr. Blake is an Associate Safety Professional (ASP) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and holds a B.S. in Building Construction Management from Purdue University. With the onset of the global pandemic, Mr. Blake has been instrumental in the development of COVID-19 response plans, business continuity plans, and general health awareness training across multiple regions and businesses. He is currently developing live video-based virtual training methods for topics that are normally conducted in person in order to reduce costs and decrease employee health risks inherent in classroom training during a pandemic.
