Sheri Druckman has more than 25 years of multifamily experience. She oversees execution and strategy for scaling SRG Residential's management platform. Previously Druckman was Director of Real Estate at Greystar and has held senior management roles with Security Properties, Simpson Property Group and Trammell Crow Residential Services. She has expertise in managing portfolios including major rehabilitation and new construction projects.
Druckman’s awards include NAA 2020 Excellence and Outstanding Service to an affiliate and WMFHA 2014 Portfolio Manager of the Year Emerald.
She was past president on the Washington Multifamily Housing Association board of directors and vice chair for Partnership for Affordable Housing.
She holds a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor, CAPS, designation and is an NAA Leadership Lyceum graduate.
Johnathan McCoy

TransUnion
Jonathan McCoy manages TransUnion ResidentVision products, which include custom analytic offerings and TransUnion’s proprietary ResidentScore®, an industry-specific statistical model that predicts the likelihood of evictions and skips. He brings extensive experience in product development and operational management, as well as defining strategies and implementing processes that produce measurable results within organizations.
Prior to joining TransUnion’s Multifamily group, McCoy spent several years working in the healthcare space providing consultative services and deploying SaaS applications that allow providers to gain deeper patient insights.
Matt DeGraw
President
Bridge Property Management
As President, Matt DeGraw oversees operations throughout the portfolio of Bridge Property Management’s multifamily assets. Prior to joining Bridge, DeGraw served as a Regional Manager and Director of Operations for Evergreen Management Group. Previously, he was a Community Manager at Wasatch Premier Communities. While at Wasatch he also worked with their acquisition team.
DeGraw has his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management, and he has also served on the board and executive board of the Utah Apartment Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish with a minor in economics from the University of Utah.
