Please join us for this special edition of the CMO Survey to learn what senior executives are doing to adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic and how this will affect marketing in the months ahead. This webinar is jointly presented by The American Marketing Association and the Marketing Science Institute. Prof. Christine Moorman (Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and Editor in Chief of the Journal of Marketing) will be interviewed by Earl Taylor (MSI Chief Knowledge Officer) to discuss the latest findings from the CMO Survey she has conducted twice yearly since 2008. Topics covered will include macro-environment forecasts, customer behavior, marketing spending, marketing jobs, and marketing performance. Trends from previous surveys will offer a strong longitudinal view of the immediate impact of the pandemic while forward-looking questions will provide predictions regarding where customers and marketing spending are going in the near future.
