A passionate leader focused on driving positive change, Ezra has spent 25 years in healthcare media revitalizing and accelerating growth by developing strong management teams, building strategic relationships, and establishing key industry partnerships. Prior to HyperPointe, Ezra held leadership roles in areas ranging from HCP publishing to patient-focused media and market research. Notably, as General Manager of WebMD/Medscape, he significantly grew revenues and developed valuable partnerships with the CDC, FDA, The White House, and others. Leading a complex media organization, he oversaw consumer and professional healthcare applications and media across a number of channels and technologies. Ezra comes with a global media relations network and numerous accolades, including an Honor Award from the CDC–National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases, For excellence in leveraging strategic partnerships to promote public health; as well as a CDC and ATSDR Honor Award for excellence in strategic partnerships.

Paul has more than 15 years’ experience in healthcare communications. He helped build and manage the award-winning Cornerstones4Care® Patient Support Program, both General Market and Multicultural, for Novo Nordisk's diabetes franchise. He also functioned as the agency lead for Novo Nordisk's diabetes franchise patient marketing. Paul also has experience in respiratory/asthma (Xolair® launch), anti-infectives (Doribax® launch), eye care, and women's health. Paul was also the account lead for Allergan's Restasis® CRM program, helping drive all-time highs in 90-day prescriptions and revenue. He developed patient support and acquisition programs for US WorldMeds’ Parkinson’s disease product, Xadago®. Paul also worked with HEMA Biologics to develop corporate communications to increase awareness of the new company and its products. Most recently, Paul has functioned as the account lead for the launch of Sogroya®. Paul worked directly with the global marketing team and affiliates to develop HCP and sales force materials for use in the launch markets.
