Dev Ramnarine is a quantum leader, internationally experienced accountant, auditor and business consultant with seventeen years of experience elevating individual and organizational performance.

His Multi-dimensional experience comes from three areas:  accounting & Auditing, technology and business consulting.  He is a partner of CPA by Choice and a founding partner of Thrudheim (enterprise blockchain advisory).  He previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and international clients such as citibank, Calumet Specialty Products, Angostura, Petrotrin, GlaxoSmithKline, Caribbean Money Market Brokers and Caribbean Information and Credit Rating Services Limited and more.  His quantum leadership approach empowered him to go beyond the books and transform organizations and technology.

Dev is a well know presenter and lecturer (including ACCA courses).  He shares his passion for continuous education at the Trinidad-based Premier Accountancy Specialist School - a leading provider of financial services to virtual audiences of thousands of people - he loves grounding his mastery by imparting knowledge.

Dev was born in Trinidad and currently lives in Miami.

Craig McCrakin

Craig is leader of the Finance, Accounting and Procurement Services (FAPS) business at Conduent. In this role he manages a global team of employees that are accountable for end-to-end service delivery of FAPS services and strategically driving these services to operational excellence.

He has over 18 years of BPO experience encompassing all BPO functions in different industries, various size companies and in many global locations. His BPO experience includes Arthur Andersen, ACS, Xerox and Conduent. His experience is now focused on service delivery, but also has experience leading the Project Management Team. Craig has an extensive financial background of experience in various positions in addition to his BPO experience, as he was as an auditor and a controller.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant and based in the Detroit, Michigan area.

Tessa Jacqes


Carribean Association of Investment Promotion Agencies

Tessa, carries a wealth of experience in her position as the current President for the Caribbean Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (CAIPA) and as the Director General for the Center of Investments in Haiti.

As the President of CAIPA, Tessa oversees the operations of the CAIPA Secretariat and its representation of the 23 Caribbean territories who are members. Her focus for 2019/2020 is on the continued promotion of the Caribbean as a location for investment in the niche hotel and resort development sectors, as well as renewable energy, outsourcing and agribusiness sectors. She previously worked for Air Canada and Sunwing Airlines in Canada and for Emirates Airlines in Dubai.

As the Director General of Haiti’s Center for the Facilitation of Investments (CFI) she also brings to CFI an excellent understanding of the business environment in Haiti but as well of other parts of the world. Foremost her willingness to work in coordination with the different sectors to attract more investors in the country is a valuable asset to the vision of the government for the investment sector.
