 Angelo Menotti Head of Quality Lithos Energy Angelo Menotti is an accomplished engineering leader with nearly two decades of experience driving quality and operational excellence in the automotive, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Currently Head of Quality Engineering at Lithos Energy, he led the rapid implementation of a digital Quality Management System, earning ISO 9001 certification in just four months.
Previously, Angelo held senior quality roles at Astra, Carbon, and Tesla, where he directed large-scale teams and developed systems that enhanced product reliability and manufacturing efficiency. His career began at AW North Carolina, where he led international quality initiatives across North America and Asia.
Angelo holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and is fluent in French and Spanish. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering world-class quality in fast-paced, innovative environments.
