Tim Dickinson

Senior Customer Success Manager


Tim Dickinson is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Okta. He’s spent the last 7 years working in Identity & Access Management (IAM), 11 years in IT security, and 22 years in customer-facing roles. His job is to ensure that companies can solve problems and achieve the outcomes they want with the software technology they buy, and in IAM that means reducing risk and increasing efficiency. Before IAM, Tim worked as a rocket scientist, nuclear physicist, and defence scientist. He lived in the UK and Australia for 15 years and worked with customers around Europe and Asia before returning to his home in Nova Scotia in 2015.

Ibiyemi Balogun

Recognized as Talent Egg’s 2020 Career Coach of the Year, Ibiyemi Balogun started her career in Diversity Recruitment and Talent management and later transitioned into Career Coaching at Ryerson University. She recently got promoted to Manager, Corporate Partnerships where she connects Technology companies and StartUps to bright young student talent through co-ops and internships. She is also the Founder of Foot -In-The -Door Consulting a career coaching business where she supports young professionals in business and tech in realizing their full career potential.

Senior Account Executive in Sales


Chantel George is the Founder & CEO of Sistas In Sales Inc., previously she has had senior-level positions at Yelp, Justworks, Dataminr, and currently LinkedIn within their sales organization as a Senior Account Executive. She has also created and executed Diversity & Inclusion programs at her previous companies and in her commitment to professionalism and diversity, Chantel created Sistas in Sales because she noticed a deficiency when it came to women of color in professional sales positions. She recognized due to lack of education around how lucrative sales could be, in addition to women of color not being able to get their foot in the door. She's looking to change that with her organization.
