Tim Dickinson Senior Customer Success Manager Okta Tim Dickinson is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Okta. He’s spent the last 7
years working in Identity & Access Management (IAM), 11 years in IT security, and 22
years in customer-facing roles. His job is to ensure that companies can solve problems
and achieve the outcomes they want with the software technology they buy, and in IAM
that means reducing risk and increasing efficiency. Before IAM, Tim worked as a rocket
scientist, nuclear physicist, and defence scientist. He lived in the UK and Australia for
