AJ Waters is Vice President of industry solutions for InEight. He leads a team of engineers who work with customers to develop solutions that help solve their greatest project challenges while increasing their profitability and agility. AJ helps drive digital transformation in the industry by bringing together innovation, technology and data. Prior to InEight, AJ led the center of excellence team for the Kiewit Technology group, acting as the point person for the training and adoption of new software solutions. He transitioned to technology and began guiding the development of field execution management solutions. AJ was also the program manager of PMT at Google, leading the company’s digital transformation of its global data center construction. AJ holds a master’s degree in structural engineering from the University of Nebraska and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and physics from Doane University.
Megan Siefker
Client Success Director

Megan Siefker is a Client Success Director for InEight. She works with construction companies across all markets to map business processes and provide innovative solutions to optimize workflows and drive overall project success. Before joining InEight, Megan worked for TIC - The Industrial Company (TIC), a subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation, as a superintendent and project engineer. In her time at TIC, she also worked with the startup and commissioning department to standardize the management of cost, schedule and turnover completions using InEight Solutions. She specializes in earned value management and helping companies define standard processes and use of InEight technology to ensure project certainty.
Pranay Enamela
Software Implementations Consultant

Pranay has spent the last six years working on construction projects in several industries such as mining, power, oil and gas, and heavy civil in the U.S. as a project engineer. With a degree in electrical engineering, he brings extensive engineering and construction experience developed while working with multiple Fortune 500 companies. Starting his career with TIC-The Industrial Company, a subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation, Pranay was quickly identified as a lead for the implementation of InEight’s estimating and project controls systems. From there, he became a key super user of the products for both TIC and Kiewit. After spending time out in the field with Shimmick, Pranay is now a part of an exceptional team of consultants, delivering a new approach to capital projects. Centered around a simple yet robust implementation methodology, Pranay proudly provides best-in-class software products to diverse and growing audiences.
Hayes Heimbaugh
Certified Product Manager
InEight
Hayes Heimbaugh is a certified product manager working with InEight’s Estimate products. Prior to coming to InEight, Hayes worked for ENR Top 100 Contractors Kiewit and Lendlease in a variety of estimating, field and project engineering roles. During his tenure at InEight, Hayes has continued to leverage his passion for accurately delivering Projects “on time, on budget” first as a solution engineer introducing prospective customers to the InEight suite of construction tools, and most recently as a delivery manager in services and delivery, ensuring customer implementations run smoothly and as specified. His focus is to further assist the digitization of the construction industry through helping InEight develop a cloud-based, 2D quantification software that provides insight into component quantities from conceptual estimate to final punch list. Hayes holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Michigan State University.
Austin Wilcox
Solution Engineer
InEight
Austin Wilcox is a solution engineer at InEight and works closely with the sales team to help customers envision how InEight’s solutions can help them succeed. Prior to InEight, Austin worked in construction for a number of years as a field engineer for Cherne Contracting providing real-world perspectives on how end users actually utilize solutions. Austin holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Arizona State University.
