Tyler earned a BS/MS in Chemistry and Polymer Chemistry from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and started as a bench chemist for Valspar Paint Company developing new architectural resin systems. He joined Citrine with the vision of helping change the way R&D companies drive innovation, sustainability, and product development.  Anirudh Kashyap Director of Solutions Engineering Citrine Informatics Anirudh Kashyap leads a team that provides technical leadership to chemicals companies as they embark on their AI adoption journey in materials development using the Citrine Platform. Over the past five years, Anirudh has engaged with a diverse range of organizations—from Fortune 500 giants to burgeoning startups, spanning specialty chemicals, consumer goods, and polymers.
Anirudh brings a decade of industry experience from his previous roles as a Process Engineer and Team Lead in the semiconductor sector. His career highlights include scaling pilot plants in Taiwan and Japan with ATOTECH, launching the brightest 40W and 100W LED bulbs at CREE in 2011, and driving digital transformation initiatives for federal agencies during his time at Deloitte. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UC Irvine.
