Miguel Gutierrez leads the development and implementation of business strategy, including the operation of the company’s apartment portfolio. Since 2008, Gutierrez has been at the forefront of the emerging single-family rental asset class, including establishing and managing the nation’s first large-scale portfolio with over 25,000 Fannie Mae homes, as well as leading the integration between Starwood Property Trust and Waypoint Homes, resulting in a new best-in-class, single-family rental REIT.
Prior, Gutierrez served as Director of Acquisitions for Fannie Mae’s American Communities Fund, overseeing investments of over $1 billion in housing through joint ventures with leading developers and managed real estate funds. He obtained an MBA from the University of Miami and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from American University.

As the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs for the National Apartment Association, Greg is responsible for growing and expanding NAA’s advocacy program to increase the impact of the apartment industry’s voice on public policy matters. Greg leads a team of advocacy professionals focused on federal policymaking, supporting the advocacy efforts of NAA’s state and local affiliates and effectively deploying political capital through the NAAPAC and grassroots programs. Greg has been a housing advocate for twenty years, representing private sector single-family, multifamily and commercial owners, operators and developers as well as local public agencies and not-for-profit organizations.
Greg is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University and the American University in Washington, D.C.

Blerim Z. Zeqiri is the CEO and Founder of Radix - the web-based business intelligence solution and market survey platform offering actionable data and analytical tools to the multifamily industry. Prior to founding Radix, Blerim served as Vice President of Acquisitions/Investment for Progress Residential – a private equity company in the Single Family Rental industry, spearheading strategies to increase investment returns, as well as heading the Asset Management, Revenue and Research departments. Before joining Progress Residential, Blerim spent over a decade with Alliance Residential Company as Vice President of Acquisitions and Vice President of Asset Management. He earned a B.S. degree in Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business and a B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University, and is a member of the Economic Club of Phoenix.

Jonathan McCoy plays an instrumental role in the development and deployment of TransUnion’s proprietary ResidentScore®, an industry-specific statistical model that predicts the likelihood of evictions and skips. He brings extensive experience in product development and operational management, as well as defining strategies and implementing processes that produce measurable results within organizations.
Prior to joining TransUnion’s Multifamily group, McCoy spent several years working in the healthcare space providing consultative services and deploying SaaS applications that allow providers to gain deeper patient insights.
