Abstract:
Across all industries, companies known for offering superb customer and member support maintain a distinct competitive advantage in the marketplace. This is especially the case in the healthcare sector, which is known for its historically complex, slow-moving, and siloed systems. According to the Pew Research Center for Internet and Technology, 92% of Americans own a cell phone and most of them keep their devices switched on and within easy reach. While the average American visits a doctor only 4 times a year, mobile phones present a significant opportunity for real-time healthcare monitoring, patient engagement, coaching, and behavioral modification. During this webinar, Nick Page, PharmD, WellDyneRx and Patty Taddei-Allen, PharmD, MBA, BCACP, BCGP, WellDyneRx will present a multi-faceted approach to improve patient management using mobile technology to:
• Identify and address adherence issues • Improve clinical pathway selections • Increase patient engagement to drive clinical outcomes
