Abstract:
Many factors influence women's health at all stages, especially the impact of modern lifestyles. Healthy habits are the best way to avoid illness and prolong life, but supplementation is crucial to ensure all nutritional needs are met. Research supports the emerging role of folate in improving various health conditions in women. Quatrefolic® is the active folate that supports women in:
- Adolescence, representing a natural-oriented choice to improve mood
- The fertile period, being an essential nutrient for pre- and post-pregnancy (fertility and lactation)
- During menopause, reducing the symptoms and the health risks that may affect women
Further, Quatrefolic® contributes to normal red blood formation reducing the risk of developing anemia, which is prevalent in women. Please join us for this exciting webinar where we will share the latest evidence-based insights highlighting the importance of folate intake for women's health.
