IGS AI Lab 2025 is held as part of the International Geomechanics Conference (IGS), organized by SLB in partnership with SEG and the valued support of DGS.

Stream 2: AI Lab: AI Hands-on Missions
Solve for Impact: Live from 8th October 2025

All participants will tackle real-world challenges from the oil & gas sector, applying AI to solve problems that matter — from optimizing operations to reimagining geoscience workflows.

You have exciting opportunity to participate in up to 3 projects:
Computer vision: Use images / videos to train computer vision models for field relevant insights
Log correlation: Build AI models to depth-match log responses
GenAI agent: Create a chatbot using LangChain to extract geomechanics calibration points.

Winners of AI Lab missions will be awarded in the IGS conference 2025 and select participants will get 1-day hands on training on 16th October 2025.
