Annette R. Uncangco Annette R. Uncangco is a Training Manager for DeVry University. Her career in higher education has spanned several years, states and departments within DeVry University – all which have given her the opportunity to focus on her passions – student success and training! She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Washington State University and a Master of Science in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University in Garland, Texas. Annette is a DDI Certified Facilitator, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Certified University Career Coach. Living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, she thrives on outdoor adventures – hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, white water rafting, snorkeling, paragliding and ziplining.

Eric Hellige Currently serving as the Director of Career Advising for DeVry University, Eric Hellige has over 15 years of job search, recruitment, and human resources experience in both public and private sectors. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a certified Professional Résumé Writer, Eric has a passion for helping job seekers uncover “AH-HA!” moments with their own job search journey. By creating valuable career development materials, innovative coaching programs, and insightful advising practices he helps job seekers take meaningful steps towards their employment goals.
Darryl Ross Darryl Ross – has been with DeVry University for 7 years starting as a Manager of Local Accounts and now Manager of Workforce Learning Solutions. Darryl has found his passion motivating team members and helping organizations improve their Leadership, Employee Engagement, and Customer Experiences. Darryl is a graduate from James Madison University and began his career in broadcasting. He worked as the entertainment reporter for KVVU Fox 5 News in Las Vegas, covering the red carpet for the Billboard Music Awards, Country Music Awards, and the MTV Video Music Awards. Darryl has interviewed such stars as: Celine Dion, Seal, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, and music mogul Clive Davis.
Upon transitioning into Learning & Development, Darryl’s virtual facilitation style is engaging, humorous, and highly interactive. He believes in the Walt Disney motto, “Laughter is no enemy of learning.” Darryl is certified in Leadership through the Disney Institute and an approved trainer for the American College of Healthcare Executives.
