Abstract:
Whether you are just curious about warehouse/DC robotics or are considering an adoption initiative, you’ll certainly want to see and listen to this webinar. Join us and you’ll discover how, by adopting the “4 key success factors," Legend Valve was able to drive a successful warehouse robotics implementation — and how the robotics technology, provided by 6 River Systems, facilitated the robotics infrastructure.
Attendees will learn the following:
• The “4 key success factors” to successful adoption and implementation. It is your roadmap!
• The impact of the ongoing labor shortage and other factors making it even more difficult to have a reliable and trained distribution operations workforce.
• Why dealing with volatility, uncertainty, and complexity has never been more important in distribution operations.
• Why warehouse-robotics and their available functionalities and flexibility has quickly become a serious automation resource in today’s distribution operations management strategy.
• The one factor that makes this solution within easier reach of more distribution companies, while mitigating “scalability” and determining the “ROI."
