 Alessandro Monteiro Morgado Horta Chief Executive officer and Director Vinci Partners Mr. Alessandro Monteiro Morgado Horta is one of our founding partners and serves as our CEO and a member of our board of directors. He previously served as vice-president for Banco UBS Pactual and as an executive for UBS Pactual Alternative Investment Management from 2006 to 2009. At Banco Pactual, he served as managing partner, chief operating officer and also led the Long-Term Investments division from 2001 to 2006. He was also a partner of Banco Icatu from 1998 to 2001. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from PUC-Rio.
 Bruno Augusto Sacci Zaremba Chairman of Private Equity and Head of Investor Relations Vinci Partners Chairman of Vinci Partners’ Private Equity team and Head of Investor Relations. He is a member of the Board of Directors of several Vinci portfolio companies, such as Austral, CBO, Vitru, Uniasselvi, Domino’s Pizza, Grupo CURA and Vero Internet. Mr. Zaremba started his career in 1996 at Banco Pactual, where he worked as a sell side equity research analyst. After becoming partner of the firm in 2001, he was assigned to lead Banco Pactual’s proprietary equity and debt investments in the U.S. Between 2006 and 2009, he worked at UBS Pactual Gestora de Investimentos Alternativos, already with strong involvement with Private Equity. Joined Vinci Partners in 2009 as a partner, where he is fully involved with the PE strategy since the beginning. Mr. Zaremba studied Economics at PUC-Rio, is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and completed the OPM 50 program at the Harvard Business School.
 Sergio Passos Ribeiro Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer Vinci Partners Sergio Passos Ribeiro heads our Operational, Financial and IT departments as our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Between 2006 and 2009, he was responsible for accounting at Banco Pactual. He joined Banco Pactual in 1998 and was initially responsible for tax planning. Prior to his time at Banco Pactual, he was a financial consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Universidade Santa Úrsula, an MBA in Finance from Ibmec RJ, and an Executive MBA from the COPPEAD Graduate School of Business of UFRJ.
 José Carlos Carvalho Chief Economist Vinci Partners Partner responsible for Vinci Partners’ Economic Strategy. Additionally, he is a director of the Instituto de Estudos de Política Econômica/Casa das Garças Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He was a chief economist at Paineiras Investimentos, Banco Pactual and JGP, where he was also a founding partner. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from UFRJ, a master’s degree in Economics from PUC-Rio and a Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University, USA.
 Carlos Eduardo Martins Silva Co-Head of Private Equity Vinci Partners Co-head of the Vinci Partners’ Private Equity team. He actively participated in the fundraising, investment, monitoring and divestment processes of 3 Private Equity funds, which together invested a total of USD1.6 billion in more than 30 companies. He served on the Fiscal and Administration Councils of companies such as Cemar, Ceagro, Los Grobo, Burger King, Uniasselvi, Domino´s, Grupo CURA and Vero and since 2021 has been part of ABVCAP’s (Brazilian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital) Deliberative Council. In addition, he held positions as an executive of some portfolio companies being CFO of Sollus and Los Grobo, and CEO of Uniasselvi (interim) and Domino´s between 2018 and 2020. Before joining Vinci, he was an Equity Research analyst at Credit Suisse, where he participated in several IPO transactions between 2006 and 2007. Previously, he worked as a stock analyst at Banco Modal. He holds a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and the Università degli Studi di Bologna (Bologna, Italy).
 Gabriel Felzenszwalb Co-Head of Private Equity Vinci Partners Co-head of the Vinci Partners’ Private Equity team, Gabriel has been a member of the Board of Directors of several companies in the Vinci portfolio, such as Burger King, Unidas and Cecrisa, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Austral, CBO, Le Biscuit, Vero and Agibank. He joined the Private Equity group of UBS Pactual Gestora de Investimentos Alternativos in 2007. From 2008 to 2010, he was assigned to portfolio company InBrands, where he acted as CEO and CFO. Prior to that, he worked as an analyst at Banco BBM venture capital operations, as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co., as a M&A manager at Vivo and as an associate at GP Investimentos. He holds a degree in Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
 José Luis Pano Head of Impact and Return Vinci Partners Responsible for Vinci Partners’ Impact and Return strategy. From 2003 to 2008 he worked at UBS Pactual managing the Nordeste Empreendedor fund, an investment fund focused on SME in the Northeast of Brazil. He was also part of the PCP I fund. Joined Vinci Partners in 2009 as a partner, being involved with the Private Equity strategy. Was as a member of the Board of Directors of several Vinci portfolio companies, such as Unidas and Burger King. From 2012 until 2016 Mr. Pano was CEO of Cecrisa. Prior to this, he was founder and CEO of LID Group, a venture capital investment company in South America. Previously, he spent six years at Booz & Co in Buenos Aires, Bogota, Singapore and Jakarta offices. He was also a senior consultant at Accenture and worked as a financial analyst for Intel Corporation in Oregon, USA. He graduated in Industrial Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, and has an MBA from the University of Washington, Seattle, USA.
 José Guilherme Souza Head of Infrastructure Vinci Partners Responsible of the Vinci Partners’ Infrastructure department. Prior to joining Vinci Partners, he worked for Banco Pactual since 2005 as co-manager of FIP Brasil Energia USD 560 million. Prior to this, he was a management consultant for Stern Stewart & Co., from 2001 to 2004. Previously, he had five years of experience in equity sales and trading with Citigroup Asset Management and Banco Graphus. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Escola Federal de Engenharia de Itajubá and an MBA with a major in Corporate Finance and Accounting from University of Rochester, New York (Beta Gamma Sigma award).
 Leandro Bousquet Head of Real Estate Vinci Partners Head of the Real Estate Group of Vinci Partners. Previously, he was the CFO and IRO of BRMalls where he was responsible for investors relations, funding strategy, acquisitions and monitoring financial operations performance of greenfield and brownfield developments. Before, worked for Banco Pactual from 2004 to 2006 in its Investment Banking Division covering the Real Estate sector. From 1999 to 2004, he was Partner and the head of the Real Estate Group at Banco CR2. From 1994 to 1999, he was co-head of the Real Estate Group of Banco BBM. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from PUC-Rio and an EP Degree from Stanford University.
 Marcello Almeida Head of Credit Vinci Partners Responsible for Vinci Partners’ Credit Department. Between 2006 and 2009, he was managing director in UBS Pactual’s Fixed Income department, responsible for all Latin American Credit, and was also appointed to run the Leverage Finance division. At Pactual, he was head of credit for 15 years, having become a partner in 1999. He was responsible for a Credit Research unit dedicated to fixed income assets in the domestic and international markets. He was also appointed to run a Special Situations group, dedicated to high yield and distressed opportunities, and in the following year he established and managed an asset backed lending division responsible for structured credit among small and medium enterprises in Brasil. He studied Economics at Universidade Candido Mendes and holds an MBA in Finance from Ibmec RJ.
 Marcelo Mifano Head of Vinci SPS Vinci Partners Responsible for Vinci SPS. Marcelo joined Vinci Partners in 2022 after the acquisition of SPS Capital. Mr. Mifano started his career at Banco Santander, where he was assigned to lead proprietary investments in illiquid equities and other proprietary investment units in fixed income and macro trading. In 2011, Marcelo joined BTG Pactual as head of Corporate Special Situations and then in 2017, he founded SPS Capital. Mr. Mifano is a CFA, holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from POLI-USP, and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
 Fernando Lovisotto CIO and Head of Liquid Strategies Vinci Partners CIO, responsible for Vinci Partners’ Public Equities, Hedge Funds and Investment Solutions departments. He was managing partner at RiskOffice from 1999 to 2007 and became director in 2007, when RiskOffice was sold to Algorithmics. Throughout his career he has worked on sourcing of institutional clients and product development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a master’s degree from Escola Politécnica of Universidade de São Paulo.
 Roberto Knoepfelmacher Head of Public Equities Vinci Partners Responsible of the Vinci Partners’ Public Equities Management. Since 2010 Roberto is the portfolio manager responsible for the Mosaico strategy, and from 2012 to 2017, he was founding partner and portfolio manager at Mosaico Capital. From 2003 to 2009, Roberto was co-portfolio manager and head of research at GAS Investimentos. He started his career at Banco BBA as a sell side analyst. He holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Business Administration from FGV-SP.
