 Ryan Becker Director, Advisor Engagement CI Advisor Consulting Ryan is responsible for the digital delivery of insightful and implementable content for the advisor community.
He also consults directly with advisors regarding their unique needs delivering strategies that match needs to outcomes. He leverages many years of industry experience across the asset management world managing teams and projects in the back and front office. He is incredibly passionate about practice management and coaching.
He received B.Comm (Honours) from the University of Guelph and is also a Chartered Investment Manager.
 Wilmot George Vice President, Tax, Retirement and Estate Planning CI GAM Throughout his career, Wilmot has held progressive positions in the areas of tax and estate planning, financial planning, banking, and securities and mutual fund investing, insurance and estate planning.
Wilmot received his Bachelor of Arts Degree (with Honours) in Mathematics for Commerce from York University. He also holds the Certified Financial Planning (CFP), Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS) designations.
Since 2001, Wilmot has spent his time guiding financial advisors on tax and estate planning matters through presentations, one-on-one consulting and written communication. He has been featured in various financial forums including The Globe and Mail, The National Post, Advisor.ca, and Investment Executive. Additionally, Wilmot has delivered presentations for The Financial Advisors Association of Canada (Advocis), the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and The Institute of Advanced Financial Planners (IAFP).
Away from work, Wilmot enjoys various sports, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
 Randall Alberts Senior Vice-President, Head of Distribution Eastern Canada CI Global Asset Management As Senior Vice-President and Head of Distribution Eastern Canada, Randall works within the sales leadership group to design and execute CI Global Asset Management’s distribution strategy across all products and platforms. Randall leads the Eastern and Western Canada sales team in supporting financial advisors and collaborating with strategic partners. A strong believer in the value of financial advice, he takes pride in helping advisors successfully navigate the challenges and complexities of modern asset management.
Randall served as a Head of Distribution for WisdomTree Asset Management Canada, Inc. up until its acquisition by CI in February 2020. He brings extensive experience in the global asset management and wealth management industry having held senior sales positions and leadership roles at both BMO Global Asset Management and RBC. Having started his career as a financial advisor in 1995, first in a mutual fund dealership and later at a large IIROC brokerage, Randall brings a unique perspective and over 25 years experience in the financial services industry.
Randall holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.
