Prior to joining Shiseido, Juliana was Director of Digital and Analytics, APAC at Kimberley-Clark leading teams in areas of ecommerce, customer experience, digital media planning as well as analytics. She was tasked to build the team from grounds up and had expanded competencies and capabilities over the years. Concurrently, Juliana was also responsible for crafting & conceptualizing successful go-to-market digital strategies for high potential emerging markets and new products. She worked in close partnership with brand and market teams, leading and collaborating on joint business plans with regional key accounts such as Lazada and Shopee. Juliana holds a Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry) degree from Imperial College London.

Alia has over two decades of track record in the retail and FMCG industry, spearheading merchandising and marketing across the diverse markets of Asia and Europe. She joined LVMH as SVP of Merchandising for Sephora China in 2011 and was named the Managing Director of Sephora Southeast Asia with the added responsibility for Merchandising across Asia after seven years. She successfully led the omni transformation of the Southeast Asia business and was subsequently appointed to her current Asia remit to advance Sephora’s vision to expand the way the world sees, feels and experiences beauty.

In 2008 Raskin founded Living in Digital Times (LIDT), which was acquired by the Consumer Technology Association. She writes a weekly column about the intersection of technology and the economy for Techonomy. Raskin plays an active role in high-tech policy issues. She won a lifetime achievement award from the CTA in 2020.
