North Arrow (NAR-V, NHAWF-OTC) is processing a partner-funded 2,000-tonne bulk sample from their Naujaat diamond deposit, which hosts a distinct population of high-value orangey yellow diamonds scarce on a worldwide scale. In diamonds, size and rarity matters. The purpose of the bulk sample is to determine the size profile of this fancy coloured diamond population.

Kenneth Armstrong

Ken Armstrong was appointed President and CEO of North Arrow in April 2013 and brings to the role over 25 years of experience in the exploration industry. Through that period Mr. Armstrong has been involved in the discovery or evaluation of diamond-bearing kimberlites at 10 localities within Canada as well as Greenland. Mr. Armstrong is currently the President of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut Chamber of Mines and serves as a Director of Cornish Metals Inc. (formerly Strongbow Exploration).

Grenville Thomas

Gren Thomas has been involved in the mining industry for over 50 years beginning his career as a 16-year-old coal miner in his native Wales, moving to Canada after graduating from University College, Cardiff, in 1964. He found his calling in remote northern Canada. Inspired by its vast untapped mineral potential, he rose to the challenge of working in unforgiving terrain under extreme conditions. He honed his prospecting skills and over several decades built up a multifaceted track record of discovery, most notably the world–class Diavik mine and the Thor Lake rare metals deposit both in the Northwest Territories. Gren was the founder (and held positions of Chairman, President and Director) of Aber Resources Ltd. (now Arctic Canadian Diamond Company). Currently, he is the Chairman of North Arrow and Westhaven Ventures Inc.; and a director of Cornish Metals.
