Differentiators in business intelligence technology

Trey has been working with Yardi now for more than five years — more than a year with senior housing and about four years with affordable housing. Before that, he was a high school math teacher for five years. The Yardi Modules Trey currently supports are the YardiOne, Senior Housing Property Management Module, EHR, Voyager Plus, and Senior IQ. Trey works remotely for Knoxville TN-based Dominion Senior Living. In a previous position, he used the Affordable, Maintenance, eLearning, and Inspection modules.

Rochelle Throckmorton is the marketing campaign specialist for senior living at Yardi, where she is responsible for marketing all products within the Senior Living Suite. Before joining Yardi in 2018, Rochelle worked as a product marketing manager in the affiliate industry. Earlier in her career, Rochelle advanced her marketing skills in the insurance industry, where she managed and executed marketing plans for groups such as the American Legion, Marine Corps Association and California State Retirees.

A 2009 graduate of the Kirkwood Community College for Culinary Arts, Michael joined Dial that same year, working as a chef for two years before transferring to the position of operation director of a property. He subsequently moved to the home office, where he worked in property management and IT managed services. He began working in his current role three years ago. He oversees the setup, implementation and support of all Yardi Systems products and also oversees ADP and other SaaS products for Dial.

Chris Golden is the Senior IQ Specialist for Senior Living at Yardi. He is responsible for implementing, training, and supporting new and existing Senior IQ clients. Prior to joining Yardi in 2019, Chris was a Quality Assurance Technician for Boeing working on the Boeing 777 aircraft. There he developed an eye for detail and accuracy which he uses in his approach to Senior IQ.
