Unprecedented Change: How to Protect and Expand Margins

Where:Right from your computer

The automotive industry is accustomed to driving through times of turbulent change– from the technological demands of ACES technology, to economic downturns, disrupted supply chains, and presently, a global pandemic. One thing is certain: Challenges never exist in isolation ̶ their consequential effects are experienced all the way down to the production line, as well as the bottom line.

Protecting profits is a key challenge that must be addressed at every stage of the product development cycle, from sales and quoting, to design, sourcing, and even manufacturing. Join our exclusive webinar to learn more about expanding margins during times of extreme disruption, and how to come out on the other side leading the innovation curve. We will review and analyze critical interactions related to the change process within organizations, specifically OEMs and Tier Suppliers, and how these interactions can also be applied between these entities, to remove barriers to efficiency, and improve manufacturability and product margins.

Attend this webinar to:

  • Learn how leading automotive manufacturers reduce product cost by 5 ̶ 10% during the design stage alone.
  • Discover the potential benefits in sourcing, using proven methods to achieve a 3 ̶ 5% reduction in annual spend.
  • Gain insight on how to enact an interdepartmental culture of cost-conscious behavior.
  • See case studies on margin-improvement approaches that extend beyond traditional strategies.

Plus, 10 random attendees will receive a $25 Amazon gift card courtesy of aPriori.
