Jessica Krough
Program Advisor
Jessica has been a Program Analyst for AARP’s Fraud Victim Support Program since 2016. In addition to her efforts to support AARP members through her “day job”, she is also compelled to share her knowledge of composting to AARP Colorado! Her passion for the environment started as a child in rural Iowa and grew more significantly in the recent years as she cares for her own urban yard and experiments with gardening in the beautiful and unique seasons of Colorado. She raises three chickens in her backyard, tends to her vermicomposting worms, and enjoys her garden even when many of the plants end up as compost material instead of a harvest! She has a Master’s in Communication, a Bachelor’s in Social Work, and a certificate in Volunteer Management.
