Prior to Silverleaf, she was a 19-year veteran of Johnson & Johnson within the biotech, medical device and pharmaceutical sectors, serving across all facets of commercialization including product specialty sales, institutional account sales/ management, district sales manager, brand management, global commercial leader/global strategic marketing and global launch leadership roles. She worked across white space, novel therapeutics and flagship brands in specialty areas such as hematology oncology, HIV/infectious disease, chronic kidney disease, women's health, CV/stroke and medtech/robotics. During her tenure, she earned multiple awards, recognized for her exceptional strategic, brand execution and sales leadership performance.
