 Krista Doucette Technical Service Supervisor IDEXX Water Krista has been with IDEXX Water Technical Service for over 13 years working with customers and internal colleagues to answer and troubleshoot a variety of questions around the IDEXX Water suite of tests.  patsy root Senior Manager, Government Affairs IDEXX Water Patsy has over 16 years’ experience developing laws, regulations, and guidance to protect public health and she has published numerous papers focused on addressing the risks of Legionella. As part of this work, Patsy is the Secretary of SSPC 188 and Chair of the Government Affairs work group for ASHRAE.
Patsy has 16+ years’ experience in water microbiology, water-related regulations, consensus standards development and environmental laboratory accreditation. She is experienced in and instructs on Legionella risk management, and serves as Secretary of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-cooling Engineers’ Standing Special Project Committee 188, which developed ASHRAE 188, the only ANSI-accredited standard for managing Legionella risk.  Shawn Dubois Senior Scientist IDEXX Shawn has a BA in biology and a BS in environmental science with a concentration in Marine biology and Marine ecology. Shawn has been part of the water business for 20 years, working in research and development and in his current role, managing the product support group.
