Mike, a PT by background, co-founded Select Rehabilitation in 1998. As the company’s President, he specializes in managing rehabilitation services and partnering with clients to provide support in areas such as regulatory and reimbursement issues, and program development. He also oversees the development of internal data tracking and outcomes utilizing a comprehensive and integrated EMR. Mike serves on the board of the National Association for the Support of Long Term Care (NASL) and works on a national level with organizations such as LeadingAge and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on policy, regulatory and reimbursement issues.

Deepak Gaddipati

Founder and CTO

VirtuSense

Deepak Gaddipati is a machine vision and deep learning expert with 15 years of experience commercializing products for healthcare and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He developed the first commercial full-body automated scanning system, which was widely deployed across most U.S. airports. He was the manager of Peoria Robotics, a research group that developed medical simulation technology for the Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center, a division of the U.S. Army. Currently, Deepak is the Founder and CTO of VirtuSense, a technology company that makes devices and provides predictive analytics focusing on injury prevention for employees, athletes and seniors. He has a masters in electrical engineering from Bradley University, and has multiple publications and patents in the fields of machine vision and automation.
