Shahram is the CEO and founder of Crypto Quantique, which has created the world’s most secure end-to-end IoT security platform based on quantum-driven semiconductor hardware IP. Shahram applies his expertise in cryptography, quantum technologies, and cybersecurity to challenging issues in the IoT. He holds a PhD in post-quantum cryptography from Royal Holloway University of London. Shahram has obtained his Information Security Master’s degree from the same school, as well as a BSc in Physics. Shahram is a quantum cyber-security expert who has written scientific papers on the security of modern cryptosystems against quantum adversaries. He has worked as a cybersecurity consultant.

Michael Tidwell joined Data I/O in May 2019 and brings a wealth of experience in Software, Security, and Product Management to Data I/O. Prior to Data I/O, he was Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at Tignis, an AI and machine learning startup. From 2012 to 2018 Michael was head of Marketing and Business Development at Sansa Security, a leading software security IP provider that was sold to ARM Holdings. Prior to Sansa, Michael was Vice President of Business and Market Development at BSQUARE Corporation. Michael has a Master's of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's of Electrical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Haydn Povey, CEO Secure Thingz & GM Embedded Security Solutions.
Haydn Povey is the founder and CEO of Secure Thingz and General Manager for the division Embedded Security Solutions at IAR Systems, with a focus on developing and delivering next-generation security technology for the IoT and other connected systems. Haydn is also a current member of the Executive Steering Board of the IoT Security Foundation. Haydn has a background in senior management at leading global technology companies for over 20 years, including 10 years in senior marketing and business development roles at Arm. While at Arm, Haydn looked after the company’s strategy and product roadmaps for security within IoT and M2M marketplaces, and he led the development and introduction of the Cortex-M microprocessor family.

Richard Nass’ key responsibilities include setting the direction for all aspects of OpenSystems Media’s Embedded portfolio, including digital, print, and live events. Previously, Nass led the Content Team at EE Times, including Embedded.com and the Embedded Systems Conferences. He holds a BSEE degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
