Data analytics: An unlikely hero of the staffing crisis

Start Date:11/4/2021

Start Time:1:00 PM EDT

Duration:60 minutes

With the current staffing crisis, the emergence of the Delta variant and additional regulatory compliance requirements, nursing facilities are being asked to do more with less. But, what if your data could work harder for you — allowing you to ease administrative burdens, while improving care outcomes?

During this presentation, we’ll highlight how accessing live data analytics can help prioritize care management. We will also discuss strategies on standardizing care delivery and documentation among nursing and agency staff. First-hand insights and best practices will be shared on the role that live clinical analysis can have on intervening early in care to reduce negative outcomes and maintain survey preparedness, while increasing partner referrals — with no additional work or data entry needed.

Learning Objectives:

  • Explore how interventional analytics can support adjusting for acuity while providing patient-centric care
  • Establish and prioritize data-driven standardized care pathways and documentation to reduce regulatory and administrative burdens
  • Identify process improvement activities to maintain survey preparedness and optimal partner referrals
