START DATE: ON DEMAND UNTIL APRIL 7, 2023
Abstract:
Changes in society and culture have inarguably contributed to an evolving threat landscape, especially as many continue to work from home or in a hybrid environment. After over two years of dealing with COVID, employees are continuing to report high levels of stress. It is important to remember that if an employee can’t find adequate coping mechanisms or support for their increased uncertainty, depression, or anxiety, they could find themselves compounding and magnifying situations in the workplace. Featuring internationally known consultant and educator, Steve Crimando, and physical security leader, Charles Baxter, join this roundtable to learn:
- A snapshot view of the current state of workplace violence, including domestic violence, bullying, and extremism.
- Key dates, trends, and what to expect workplace violence to look like throughout 2022.
- How to mitigate and prevent workplace violence from transpiring and disrupting essential business operations.
