AGENDA:
Our world is consistently witnessing a paradigm shift since the emergence of the coronavirus over a year ago. Many businesses and organizations have transitioned from physical services to online services. With virtually all industries embracing the new normal of contactless operations, the demand for front-end developers has skyrocketed by 40% in the past few months.
From eCommerce to online retails, banking to finances, the competition to hire talented front-end developers continues to escalate. Gone is the era of data scientists as the leading in-demand professionals; front-end developers are the new hot cakes! Eventually, front end developers are getting the recognition they deserve as digital acceleration agents.
Unsurprisingly, the transition in business operations revolutionizes the workforce's future and HR’s hiring pattern.
Are you:
- A front-end developer looking to boost your career from the ongoing digital acceleration?
- A software developer who is curious about the future of microservices?
- A tech service provider looking to upskill?
- A Black professional looking to connect with like-minded industry peers?
Join us as we host RBC on this week's insightful and career-accelerating event.
