Sammy first joined Southern Champion in 2014 and is responsible for engineering, expansion, and capital projects. He has expertise in areas such as biochemical and mechanical systems. At Southern Champion he is passionate about driving growth and continuous improvement. Sammy has served in roles such as R&D, Process Engineering and Plant Management, and holds a degree in Biochemistry from University Texas at Austin.
