Jon Cherry currently serves as Global Head of Options as well as Head of Client Development – NTSI Americas and is responsible for sales, business development, trading, and oversight of Northern Trust’s Options and Institutional Brokerage business. The Global Options business is an institutional brokerage service under Northern Trust Capital Markets. Jon, and his core team, are headquartered in Chicago and are leading providers of trading and service to institutional clients, which include, Public Funds, Foundations & Endowments, Hedge Funds, and Investment Managers & Family Offices. An industry veteran, Jon brings over 20 years' experience in the options market managing extremely large and complex client relationships.
Jon joined Northern Trust in November, 2015. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Jon ran his own trading group in Chicago, developing option strategies and trading for Banks, Hedge Funds, and Asset managers.
Stacey Gilbert

Stacey is a Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager on the Derivatives team for Glenmede Investment Management LP. Stacey is a veteran derivatives investing professional and thought leader with a track record of developing actionable ideas and strategies for clients. Ms. Gilbert contributes to the overall investment approach for the strategies and serves as a key point of contact for clients. Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Gilbert served as the Head of Derivative Strategy at Susquehanna Financial Group. During her more than two decades at Susquehanna, she held several leadership positions, including positions on the trading desk and the American Stock Exchange, trading both options and ETFs. Ms. Gilbert earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and a minor in economics from Dartmouth College.

An investment professional since 1994, Michael J. Oyster is the Chief Investment Officer of Options Solutions, LLC. Mr. Oyster has broad experience as an investment strategist, analyzing institutional fund managers and advising investors on their portfolio allocations, construction, and manager selection.
Mr. Oyster’s investment career began in 1994 as the Senior Quantitative Analyst with Schaeffer’s Investment Research. He analyzed equity and index options, financial markets, and behavioral metrics, and also managed several options-based investment strategies. In 1999, he joined Fund Evaluation Group LLC (FEG), an institutional advisory and asset management firm. He researched traditional and hedge fund managers, advised institutional investors, and analyzed markets and the economy. Mr. Oyster led the firm’s research and due diligence efforts on options-based investment strategies, which enabled him to develop a broad, singular understanding of the tools and techniques of successful options-based managers and also of the pitfalls that have bedeviled the unsuccessful. As FEG’s Chief Investment Strategist, Mr. Oyster’s counsel was regularly relied upon by investors for his expertise on markets and economic matters. He advanced established academic research to develop a momentum analysis strategy to improve asset weighting decisions at the portfolio level. He also led the firm’s investment allocation efforts and deployed $4 billion of discretionary capital. Mr. Oyster is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Finance, a Chartered Financial Analyst holder, and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst holder. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Cincinnati, the CAIA Association, and the American Mensa. He is a Board member of the Freestore Foodbank Foundation and the Lincoln W. Pavey Educational Foundation. Michael is the author of two investment books, the more recent of which, Success in a Low Return World, was published by Palgrave Macmillan in November 2018.

Matt Moran is Head of Index Insights at Cboe Global Markets. In this role, Moran is focused on the exchange's educational efforts for pension funds, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), mutual funds, and other institutional investors. He has traveled to more than 100 cities worldwide to educate investors and deliver financial presentations. Prior to joining Cboe, Moran served as Trust Counsel at Harris Bank and Vice President at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He is an associate editor of The Journal of Beta Investment Strategies and has written articles for several financial publications, including The Journal of Trading and The Journal of Alternative Investments. Moran holds MBA and JD degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Gaurav Sinha

Gaurav Sinha serves as Managing Director, Head of Americas, Global Research & Design at S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI). He is responsible for the conceptualization and design of new indices using a combination of analytical, commercial, and regulatory considerations. Gaurav also regularly publishes research on new and existing products, and represents S&P DJI at media engagements, conferences, and other client events. Prior to joining S&P DJI in 2020, Gaurav spent over a decade in investment management, leading asset allocation and managing investment strategies for some of the world’s largest money managers. Most recently, he built the asset allocation business at WisdomTree Asset Management and led client engagements globally. At WisdomTree, Gaurav led a team creating and running systematic investment strategies for large institutional clients across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Israel, and Asia Pacific. Prior to WisdomTree, Gaurav worked for Windhaven Investment Management, a Boston-based quantitative global macro RIA with roughly USD 18 billion AUM at its peak. At Windhaven, he was responsible for asset allocation, trading, and modeling research. In addition, Gaurav has worked for Morgan Stanley and World Bank Group. As an Equity Structurer at Morgan Stanley, his team priced and calibrated all equity-exotic products that the company traded in North America. At World Bank Group, he built an asset allocation framework guiding the IFC’s credit portfolio, with USD 90 billion across 100 countries and 30 sectors. He holds a master’s degree in financial engineering from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in technology from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
