AI: How It’s Transforming Project Management for the Better

ON DEMAND THROUGH AUGUST 22, 2020

Duration:60 minutes

Abstract:

Even with a poor track record for on-time, on-budget completion, cost estimating and project planning for CAPEX projects over the last half century has remained virtually unchanged. But thanks to the advent of artificial intelligence (AI), those processes are undergoing a transformation.

During this webinar, you’ll learn how AI is now being used to proactively guide and validate the entire project planning process. We’ll explore:

  • How AI helps generate more realistic forecasts
  • How AI is bettering benchmarking
  • How AI is being used to interpret true project performance
  • How AI is closing the loop on risk management

The content of this webinar is produced and directed by the event's sponsor.
