Abstract:
Soluble fibers play a key role in today’s nutrition landscape, supporting digestive health, metabolic balance, and overall wellbeing. Driven by booming consumer interest in digestive wellness, new trends such as “fiber maxxxing” on social media—encouraging higher, more creative daily fiber intake—along with the rise of fiber mixing and strong fiber momentum are reshaping how people engage with fiber and gut health. In this webinar, on top of market insights, we will decode the latest ISAPP definitions of gut health and prebiotics, and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for new product development. We will highlight how NUTRIOSE® soluble fiber—derived from non‑GMO corn or wheat—combines excellent functional performance (easy formulation, neutral taste, and high process stability) with strong scientific substantiation. Beyond functionality, it delivers a unique combination of efficacy and tolerance, supporting gut health and beyond. This makes it a powerful and versatile solution that meets both consumer demand and scientific expectations. Take advantage of today’s strong fiber momentum. Join our experts to learn more about how NUTRIOSE® can help you innovate in the rapidly evolving landscape of gut health and fiber-focused products.
