Caroline Perreau Senior Nutrition & Health Research Manager Roquette Caroline has nine years of experience in nutrition and health science and holds an engineering degree in agronomy. She joined Roquette in 2016 as a Nutrition and Health Lab Manager, investigating the health effects of various ingredients. Since 2021, Caroline has focused on demonstrating and highlighting the health benefits of fibers in Roquette’s portfolio.
