Marcia joined Rio Tinto in 2017 bringing with her over 17 years of Global/Group Corporate Finance & Treasury Management experience with Fortune 500.  She led the establishment of the new centralised global treasury operations and cash management organisation in Singapore responsible for cash & funding in 65 countries for over 80 entities. Delivered through 1 Treasury Management system, 1 Shared Service in India in 1 Global Treasury Centre in Singapore creating a centralised & streamlined global Treasury and Cash Management operations.

Today she is responsible for building Liquidity and Trade Working Capital Solutions Function aimed at embedding Treasury as a valued partner to the Rio Tinto commercial business.

Prior to Rio Tinto she was Asia Treasurer for GE’s USD 3 Bln Healthcare business covering 15 countries and 30 operating units partnering with regional CFOs on FX risk management, trade working capital efficiency, funding and M&A deal execution.

Peter Massey

Peter joined Calibre in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. In 2016 Peter was appointed to the Calibre Board and assumed the role of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Peter has over 20 years’ experience in the operations, maintenance and infrastructure services industry across multiple sectors and geographies including oil and gas, mining and power, property, utilities, facilities management, telecommunications, defence and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Calibre Peter held a number of senior and executive roles with Transfield Services including operations in their Australian, Canadian and US offices. 
Peter holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and National University of Singapore, a BComm (Economics/Finance) from Macquarie University and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia).
