Speakers
Amy Yacyshyn Principal, Research Guidance and Support Amy Yacyshyn, CPA, is the principal of Sustainability Reporting and Assurance within the Research, Guidance an Support group. In this role, she develops guidance and thought leadership for CPAs related to current and emerging areas of focus in the sustainability landscape and the impact these have on the profession.
Amy works with external stakeholders and subject matter experts to monitor sustainability standard setting and regulatory developments, guide research activities, and respond to relevant proposals on sustainability.
Prior to joining CPA Canada, Amy worked in the audit and assurance practice at EY with public and private clients in the natural resources sector. Amy is a member of CPA Canada and the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta. She also holds a Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) credential from the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).
Kaylynn P Principal, Research Guidance and Support Kaylynn is a principal at CPA Canada within the Research, Guidance and Support group. In this role, she develops guidance and thought leadership for CPAs related to audit and assurance matters. Kaylynn works collaboratively with external stakeholders, volunteers and subject matter experts to provide practical, understandable and timely guidance. This includes implementation guidance for new and complex audit and assurance standards; resources regarding the impact of technology on the audit and assurance profession, including data analytics, blockchain and crypto-assets; and assurance implications of emerging forms of external reporting.
Prior to joining CPA Canada, Kaylynn was a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP in their Risk Consulting practice, focusing on internal audit, risk and control services. Kaylynn started her career with KPMG's audit practice, focusing on financial statement audits of public companies in manufacturing, retail and industrial markets.

Sylvie Léger, CPA auditrice, CA Consultant Sylvie Léger est retraitée de KPMG Canada, où elle était associée. Elle se consacre actuellement à des projets touchant aux IFRS en tant que consultante.

Elle s’est penchée sur des problèmes comptables complexes concernant de grands organismes publics, a coordonné des projets stratégiques et a été une leader d’opinion mondiale sur les baux, la dépréciation d’actifs non financiers et l’évaluation.
Marc-André Paquette, CPA auditeur, CA Directeur, Transformation de la profession et projets spéciaux Marc-André Paquette est directeur, Transformation de la profession et projets spéciaux à l’Ordre des CPA du Québec.
D’auditeur à chef des finances d’une jeune entreprise en technologie, il a rapidement développé une expertise variée et tournée vers l’avenir avant de se joindre à l’équipe de l’Ordre des CPA du Québec. À titre de directeur de la vigie et des relations avec les membres, il a travaillé étroitement avec les employeurs de CPA afin d’identifier et d’encadrer des milieux de stage stimulants pour la relève de la profession. Impliqué dans diverses initiatives nationales, il a par la suite pris en charge le dossier de l’ère numérique visant la réalisation du plan d’action stratégique de l’Ordre. Il collabore aux programmes clés afin de sensibiliser et d’outiller les CPA – actuels et futurs – à la transformation de leur profession.
